About This Game Your mission is to select a fleet of warships, arm them by selecting their weapons, assign captains and destroy the enemy fleet. You'll have complete control of this mission, all the way down to what angle and how much power should be put into each shot. This game is raw statigie, there is no story, and ther are only seven diffent ships. Despite its simple elements it is a good statigie game, that requires you to have good forsight.. Game requires a convoluted unlock mechanism to get access to the real heart of the game. Dumb choice but the real killer is not allowing the player to remove that design choice without emailing the developer and jumping through hoops. Look elsewhere if you value single player gameplay.[UPDATE]Still playing further into the game but once the unlock mechanism was removed you can now sit and enjoy the worms style naval combat without distraction. Kudos to the devs for listening to the community and eventually removing the forced unlocks.Changing my review from negative to positive.. This game is kinda fun if you play it for what it is, i.e. an arcade battleships game.The distances/angles are sketchy and very random, but its quite satisfying to land a salvo of shells on target.I found the game easier to play and get my head around in it`s normal desktop mode. The VR mode is well implemented but I preferrred playing the game on a normal screen, (maybe thats just me though).. The AI can be either as dumb as a rock or a startling cheat dependent on the level you are playing at.Not a bad game, a little overpriced but worth buying on sale.. We have a potential fix to the campaign bug that stops the game at turn 20 of a battle. If you have a save game with this bug try it again and hopefully the game will continue past this point. In VR we increased the zoom range a bit so you can now see the ship models closer. Also, we've addressed the issue with the laser pointer not working when the app is out of focus. Torpedo bombers have been adjusted slightly to increase accuracy.. Troop Transports: The Atlantic Campaign update will also include the new Troop Transports feature in the game.
